Ivy Credit Details:

• Think of Ivy Credit as a gift voucher, it is available for use towards any of our digital products & services and it is not considered a legal tender.

• If you want to spend some or all of your credit, email us & we'll either give you a coupon to use or give you access directly.

• You must always apply your Credit prior to purchasing though.

• You can use the credit towards something bigger or you can spend it on a variety of smaller things, it is 100% up to you!

• It’s important to note though that it can’t be applied retrospectively – you must apply your Credit before purchasing.

• Your credit is directly equivalent to paying, so if the offer includes any bonuses or discounts, you'll get those too!

• Credit is available for use up to one year after purchase.

• Credit is non-refundable, non-transferable, and doesn't roll over.

Ivy Credit can be acquired in the following ways:

• Ivy Credit is sporadically offered at a sales price through our email newsletter.

• Ivy Credit is offered as a bonus with a few different digital services located on our Everything Page.

• Ivy Credit is occasionally offered as a tripwire or upsell to other digital offers.

• Ivy Credit is offered as a gift for various collaborations (bundles, summits, etc.)

1. Receive a coupon to use at the checkout

2. Be given access to the offer(s) directly

Drop us an email to ivy@ivycirillo.com with the names of the offer(s) you’d like to redeem your Credit for, and we’ll do the rest!

If you’re emailing to redeem Credit within the deadline of an offer or promotion, please note that we will honor the offer as long as you’ve emailed us requesting to spend your Ivy Credit within the window of the promotion.

Once we respond with next steps, you’ll have 24 hours to redeem your credit for said promotion.

Ivy Credit can be redeemed for any of the digital products & services listed on the Everything Page under the following categories:

Any physical products from the following collections:

• Signed Books

• Unveiled Collection

• Hyperfixating On My Dreams Collection

Ivy Credit is valid for:

1. A fixed period of time from date of purchase / issue (e.g. Valid 6 months from date of issue)

1. A fixed period of time between two fixed dates, independent of the date of purchase / issue (e.g. Valid between January 1st, 2023 and December 31st 2023)

The validity period of your Ivy Credit is confirmed in writing at the point of purchase/issue.

The last day your Ivy Credit is valid is known as your Expiration Date. Ivy Credit expires at midnight central time on your expiration date.

Any unused or unspent Ivy Credit will no longer remain valid after the Expiration Date has passed and will no longer be valid for redemption.

Expiration Date extensions will not be given, except in extenuating circumstances, that will be considered on a case by case basis & must be submitted to ivy@ivycirillo@gmail.com within 24 hours after the Expiration Date passes.

As a courtesy, we send you an automated email reminder 60 and 30 days before your credit’s Expiration Date, however please be mindful that it is your responsibility to use your Ivy Credit before the Expiration Date.

Ivy Credit is Non-Refundable

• Ivy Credit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Lizzy Credit is Non-Transferable

• Ivy Credit cannot be transferred to another person, business, or member of your team under any circumstances. Your Credit is yours and yours alone to spend.

• If you have accumulated Credit Balances under multiple email addresses belonging to you. In this instance, we can amalgamate all Credit Balances under one email address, at your request.

We Reserve the Right to Remove or Restrict Ivy Credit Usage

• Where Ivy Credit has been given as a bonus, a gift, a courtesy, a fun surprise, or under any other circumstance (with the exception of Ivy Credit that has been purchased), we reserve the right to remove, revoke, restrict or otherwise make void Ivy Credit balances in case of abuse or exceptional circumstances.

• For example, if a payment plan falls into arrears, we may restrict the ability to redeem Ivy Credit until we’re squared away. These circumstances will be handled at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

You can check your Ivy Credit balance at any time by email by contacting ivy@ivycirillo.com.

If you suspect you may have Ivy Credit balances under multiple email addresses, please supply all email addresses you currently have in use, so we can look up all your credit balances in one go 🙂

Additionally, we will check for multiple Ivy Credit balances under your originally provided email as well & update you on each of their Expiration dates too.
